Middas 29th Last Seed

I have investigated the fines issued in Cheydinhal.  The guard ranked second to the Guard Captain has been a great help.  He did not agree with Ulrich, the Captain, and asked me to persuade Aldos - a dark elf hit hardest by the recent death of his wife and the fines - to be a witness.  Unfortunately Aldos was, and has been since my arrival in Cheydinhal, drunk.  He decided to stand up to the guard in front of his house, and he was subsequently killed.  This forced our hand somewhat and I had to sneak into Ulrich's quarters to find incriminating evidence.  I did find a letter proving his guilt and Garrus, the second in command, has taken it to Indarys, Count of Cheydinhal, and told me to wait here in the Bridge Inn.
