Middas 29th Last Seed

This morning begins the second day since my escape from prison and the murder of the Emperor.  I have not forgotten the quest he gave me - to take the Amulet of Kings to Jauffre in Weynon Priory near Chorrol.  I shall take it soon, but there seems so much left for me in Cheydinhal before I leave.  In my time here I have overheard much complaining about heavy fines.  They seem unfair.  Perhaps it is part of the reason why people here are so grouchy.  I shall attempt to find out more on the subject today.  Llevana Nedaren seems to be the person who will be able to help me most.
